In April of 1984, Tom and Jaci Gallagher purchased the construction assets of Noggle & Associates where Tom had been employed since 1981. With 4 employees to help them get established, they quickly grew to the quality excavating business you see today – a field staff that employs up to 22 people with an office staff consisting of 3 estimators; a safety and scheduling manager and office manager. Tremendous pride is taken in the ability to get the work done with emphasis on quality and timeliness. Our work has been recognized with the “Awards of Excellence” Award which was presented by the Builders Exchange of Northern Michigan. The work performed is almost evenly split between residential, commercial and infrastructure. Examples of the work are featured in the photo gallery and described throughout the website.
Our central location in Emmet County between Harbor Springs and Petoskey allows us to cover a large area of Northern Michigan.
- Residential work – primarily in Emmet, Charlevoix and Cheboygan counties
- Commercial work – from St. Ignace in the Upper Peninsula south through Gaylord
